4. Nagfani Point is the highest point of Bhimashnakar region, but if it is covered in fog, we will not get to see any view. So we will visit Nagfani Point only if the weather is not foggy. Alternatively we can visit Hanuman and Kalbhairav Temple at base of Nagfani Point. We can do either one of them, can not cover both to be able to manage the schudule.

5. If you plan to visit Bhimashankar temple for darshan, please avoid wearing half pants/shorts/sleeveless. Carry clothes suitable for temple.

Overview :

Bhimashankar is one of the best monsoon treks in Maharashtra. It has so much to offer, countless water streams and waterfalls, thrill of ladder route, the atmosphere of Jyotirling temple in misty weather, views of ganesh ghat route and some delicious food at the top. This trek is ideal for those who have done few treks before as this one requires good amount of endurance as we need to cover long distance on both days to cover all the places mentioned above. This is a must do trek in monsoon and has to be one of the best in monsoon.
